We use our experience in development and knowledge of the real estate market when negotiating either the sale or rental of a property, in particular those of an industrial or commercial nature. We offer our clients independent, qualified consultation.

The founders of Nitra Invest and its associated companies have been operating on the Slovak real estate market since 1992. Nitra Invest focuses on investment in and the procurement and development of primarily commercial real estate. The company has used its experience to establish several major foreign companies in the area.

Living, working, and relaxing are our basic activities, and we need properties that provide the necessary space for them. The more space needed for an activity, the greater its value.
