🏗️ Construction is progressing
We have successfully handed over the completely completed administrative premises to the new tenant, SMINLO, which we have adapted exactly according to the client’s requirements.
The project included not only construction and technical modifications, but also the provision of all necessary equipment for the comfortable functioning of the SMINLO team. The lease also includes convenient parking directly at the building.
📍 The administrative premises are located in the production and warehouse hall in the Nitra – Sever Industrial Park.
The construction was carried out by Venda Stav, s.r.o..
